Okay, so I dont use it the standard way. I use it as two different kinds of
calendar, a page of notes for getting stuff done and two pages of notes for
getting junk in my brain to organize on a page per month. I have the Friend
Book in the back with all of the stuff about you that I need to keep
distinct, allergens and preferences kind of stuff. I have an urgent and
non-urgent to-do list per month that really helped prioritize where my time
was going. That was probably the most helpful part.
All that took about two months to coalesce into how I use it.
Another perspn I know tried tracking periods and weight loss and food and
writing and projects, and as the months went by she kept the food and
weight loss part and the lists of stuff to do. She lost 40 pounds, so it
worked for her purposes. I got the idea from her of keeping my lists of
stuff to read and watch on separate pages in the middle, away from where
the calendars would encroach.
